TOPSIM, is a project management Simulation model, to exercise a project management situation in the context of project planning, development, reporting and evaluation. It is a comprehensive and a quick method of learning Project Management competencies e.g.

-Team building and leadership responsibilities
-Managing Critical Path activities of project
-Conflict Management

Four teams comprised students of EuroMPM from FH-Dortmund and from Bilbao developed a TOPSIM project of a complex situation. It has to install a new unit of Roller Coaster by Hypermax Inc., to increase the decreasing profit margin each year. The workshop in the supervision of Professor Mark Oenema and Professor Peter Reusch ended in 2 days.
